Death Of A Salesman

Death Of A Salesman at A Noise Within

Why see Death Of A Salesman?

Arthur Miller's Pulitzer-winning classic makes a Raging Return To Los Angeles Next Spring

Arthur Miller's timeless, Pulitzer Prize-winning powerhouse drama comes to Los Angeles in an all-new staging, premiering at A Voice Within in March 2026. Examining the flawed promise of the American Dream through the personal struggles of failed salesman Willy Loman, Death Of A Salesman is one of the all-time great works of American theater.

What Is The Story?

Willy Loman thought he had done everything right: got married, went into business, had two kids... Now he's arrived home in the middle of the night after another failed business trip, exhausted, his self esteem hanging by a thread. His sons aren't doing too much better - both back living with their parents, struggling to get something going. As Willy's situation continues to spiral, his past starts to replay itself in front of his eyes - and the mistakes and regrets are piling up. The American Dream wasn't supposed to be like this.

I actually have never seen Death of a Salesman nor read the book! So was excited to have my first time be in theater and I was so moved by the performances and it even brought tears to my eyes. The actors were amazing especially the actors who played Willy and BIFF. You should see this play! ... Read more
